How does the website process data?

Enquiries and job applications

The forms in this preview compile the text of a quotation request or job application in your browser. Compiling a draft does not send the form contents to TEP Roof or store them on the website server. You can copy the text, download it as a file or open an email draft in your own email application.

If you send an email, its contents and attachments are delivered to the recipient. Quotation request drafts are addressed to info@teproof.fi and job applications to the regional manager for your chosen area.

Project planner and document pack

The project planner selections appear in the page address. They may remain in your browsing history and are included when you share the link. The PDF document pack is compiled in your browser and downloaded to your own device.

Cookies and external services

No analytics or advertising tracking, or cookies, have been added to the new website’s own implementation. The forms do not use persistent browser storage. Maps, social media and external resource sources open as links to separate services, which have their own privacy practices.

The website’s hosting platform may process information associated with page requests, such as an IP address and the requested page address. The platform’s processing practices will be specified in the final privacy notice.

Requests concerning your data

You can request information about the processing of your personal data, and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. The applicability of these rights depends on factors including the basis for processing.
