TEP Roof supports property owners and managers with roof maintenance. Inspections assess the visible condition, maintenance covers agreed upkeep, and repairs address specific damage. The purpose of the work is defined when ordering. Findings and completed work are documented so that the person responsible for the property knows what was done and what needs further investigation.

The maintenance report records findings and completed work. It provides a basis for agreeing any repairs and the next maintenance visit.

How does an inspection differ from a detailed condition survey?
An inspection assesses visible and accessible structures within an agreed scope. A detailed condition survey may require opening up the structure or other separately defined investigations. The service scope and reporting should therefore be agreed before commissioning.
Can I arrange a roof maintenance agreement?
Yes. The agreement defines the property, scope and timing of visits, and reporting. The roof’s material, condition and use affect its maintenance needs.
Are repairs included in a maintenance visit?
Included work is set out in the order or maintenance agreement. Damage is reported, and repairs outside the order are agreed separately. If you are contacting us about a leak, mention it immediately so that the need can be assessed correctly.
