TEP Roof delivers new-build roofing for industrial, retail, logistics and residential projects. Our quotation is based on the roof design and agreed contract scope: alongside the roof covering, the work may include thermal insulation, vapour control and eaves. Before construction, we review deck readiness, related contracts and the sequence of work. This integrates the roofing works into the main contractor’s programme.

What should a request for quotation include?
Send the project location, roof plans, specification and indicative programme. Also describe the contract scope and quotation deadline. We can review missing information together.
What does the roofing contract include?
The roof covering is the core of the contract. For insulation, vapour control, eaves, penetrations, roof outlets and roof safety equipment, the quotation sets out what falls to TEP Roof and what falls to other contractors. The load-bearing structure and its readiness are distinguished from the waterproofing work.
Can we discuss a project during the design stage?
Yes. We can review the delivery method and scope before a formal request for quotation. Send the available plans and tell us the project stage.
