TEP Roof installed the roof of the Lieto logistics building between late November 2025 and Midsummer 2026. The project also included vapour control work on the cold storage floor.

Contract scope
- PIR thermal insulation and a mineral wool top layer for the roof
- Installation of bituminous roofing
- TEP Roof eaves frames
- Vapour control membrane for the cold storage floor, approximately 1,700 m²
PROJECT FEATURE
Roofing and cold storage flooring at one site
The approximately 12,300 m² roof and approximately 1,700 m² cold storage floor are separate areas of work. The roof used PIR and mineral wool insulation. The eaves were built using TEP Roof’s own eaves frames.
